At Out Now we thank you for the trust you place in us by participating in our specialist surveys.

We know you previously agreed to participate in research with us or you may have clicked on a link to be added to our contact mailing list.

In order to keep our records up-to-date and in line with the EU requirements of GDPR to add even more protection to your privacy, we ask you to take a moment to confirm your wishes to be on our contact list.

This is a simple one-time step that allows us to be sure we do not bother you.

Some important information

As you know, Out Now is a specialist LGBT consulting firm and so you may at times share with us information about yourself. Any information you may have provided if you completed a survey with us in the past is held on our survey provider QuestionPro which you clicked to when you took a survey - and we never share your individual responses or any personally identifying information with anyone else, unless this is purely to get in contact with you.

For example, your email may be with an email service we may use to contact you. That service will not receive any information other than your contact details for reasons of getting in contact with you. Survey data you may have given to us, including your contact information, is kept with our survey provider QuestionPro which we use only to collect data, not to contact you - so we take great care to separate your contact information with any other personally identifying information or other data you may ever choose to fill in on a survey form. We also contact you only in line with how you want to be contacted, which you can indicate below.

What we are now doing is asking you to select either yes or no below to let us know whether you would like us to continue to be able to contact you.

In line with relevant laws, we always allow you to contact us and our Data Protection Officer - via [email protected] - with any questions, comments - or if you would like us to remove your data from all our records.

This is taken very seriously by us and I will be pleased to have you contact me, should you have any questions at any time.
